This bachelor thesis focuses on identifying the significant factors of fitness services influencing the customer's decision making in the subsequent selection of a fitness centre. The significant factors are availability of machines, staff, cleanliness of the gym and toilet facilities, group classes and other services related to and relaxation area. The work is created for two fitness centres. Three clusters are created for the two gyms using cluster analysis. These clusters are then described in terms of demographic structure and respondent satisfaction. Further, a preference analysis is also conducted which is also helpful to make recommendations for individual fitness centers. The finding is that fitness centers are plagued by similar problems.
Comparative analysis of selected subjects on the fitness centres market in Tabor

The goal of this study is to create a comparative analysis of the selected subjects on the fitness centres market in the city of Tabor, based on the tools of marketing mix. The task is to identify if the level of marketing communication of Tabor fitness centres has changed in comparison to a survey carried out in 2013. Furthermore, the task is to identify major aspects of the motivation of customers of these selected entities for visiting fitness centres and the comparison with the motivational factors of Czech Republic and EU citizens for practicing physical activities. Such targets have been reached by analysing the answers in e-mail questionnaires sent to the owners of selected subjects and questionnaires sent to the customer of those selected fitness centres.
Abuse of anabolic steroids of Youth in fitness centers

Title: Abuse of anabolic steroids of Youth in fitness centers Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to determine the current state of the issue of doping Youth visiting the fitness centres and gyms. Another object is the comparison of the current data with data from the research conducted in 2002. Methods: There was applied the method of the sociological questionnaire survey and the interview method in this diploma thesis. The sociological questionnaire survey method was used to determine the current situation dealing with the doping of recreational sporting Youth visiting the fitness centers and gyms. Information obtained during the research have been supplemented by informal interviews with visitors of fitness centers and gyms. Both researches were compared for comparison purposes of present situation with the situation in 2002 and based on the results, conclusions were drawn. Results: The thesis describes the current situation of the issue of doping recreational sporting Youth visiting the fitness centers and gyms. Application of multicriteria decision in a real decision

The aim of my thesis is focused on choosing best fitness center according to concrete offer in Prague. Using methods of multi-criteria decisions I will calculate the order according to important information. Specifically, I work with three methods, Electre III, WSA and Topsis. Theoretical description of these methods and their applications using the Sanna is included. The work is extended by survey - ten women were interviewed to find out how they stand with exercises. This survey was very useful mainly because of getting new weights and thus new order for all three methods. The last chapter is devoted to the case of improving studio "Dokonalé tělo" and its position. I communicated with its owner Ing. Jan Stehlík, he was very nice and willing and interested in improving.
Customer`s Typology in the Health and Fitness Club Holmes Place Nový Smíchov Company

Cílem bakalářské práce je stanovit typologii zákazníka společnosti Fitness a Health Club Holmes Place Nový Smíchov a na základě kvantitativního marketingového výzkumu potvrdit nebo vyvrátit některé obecně tradované domněnky, které se oboru fitness center týkají. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické vysvětlení marketingového výzkumu, kvantitativního výzkumu, metody dotazování a chování spotřebitele. V druhé části práce se nachází přiblížení oboru fitness, dále prezentace společnosti Holmes Place, konkrétně hlavně klubu na Novém Smíchově. V následujících kapitolách je popsán průběh samotného výzkumu a v závěrečné kapitole potom analýza získaných dat a prezentace výsledků výzkumu.
